Just interested in what other coaches do in other areas of the country. What does your In-Season practice week look like? I'm not looking for a lot of detail.
An example is what we do:
Mon - Lift, Condition, and Film Tues - Special Teams pd, Indy pd, Team D, Run Game, Team O, Defensive Film. Wed - Spl Teams pd, Indy pd, Team D, 7 on 7, Pass Game, Goal Line Runs, Team O. Thurs - Walk-thru
What's your week look like?

Mon- Weights, film, game plan, conditioning.
Tues- STs, Offense (Fundamentals, inside drill, half line, 7 on 7, team)
Wed- STs, Defense (same as above except for half line)
Thurs- STs, O and D walk-throughs.

Monday: Specialties (Passing), Flex-Form Run, Individual Defense, Kicking Game (PR-Punt), Group Defense, Team Defense, Team Offense, Perfect play Drill
Tuesday: Specialties (Defensive 7-on-7 and Pass Rush), Team Defense vs. Gadgets, Individual Offense, Offensive kicking Game, Group Offense, Team Offense (including GL), Team Defense (including GL), 4th Quarter (conditioning)
Wednesday: Specialties (Passing), TTO Drill, Individual Defense, Defensive Kicking Game, Group Defense, Team Defense (Red Zone), Team Offense (including 3rd and 7), 4th Quarter.
Thursday: Specialties (Kicking, Passing - same as Pre-Pre-Game), Pre-Game routine (abbreviated), Team Defense (including GL plus kicking game 1x each), Team Offense (including 2-minute, GL and 2-pt. plays, Kill Clock plus kicking game 1x each).
We watch film 5-7 pm Sunday. Kids who don't have STC class during school lift after practice Monday and Wednesday.
