This may have already been discussed in a previous thread, but I did not see it. What are some of the best coaching oriented books? My first ones are Quiet Strength and The Bowden Way.

My favorite non Xs and Os book is the Bear biography by berra I think. I also like the thinking mans guide to pro football, Both give you an interesting insight into the recent history.

The Winners Manual by Jim Tressel. One of the best ever. I have read it twice. Excellent!!!!
