Any of you have any particular videos from youtube that you really like as a motivational video to show your team?
Having a team meeting in the morning, and want to show them a little something to kick off the meeting.. something to get them a little pumped up..
Here is one that I like..

Kyle, you can use vixy.net or get the youtube downloader (search it on google). Let me know if you need help with it. I have used it alot for class (there are a ton of awesome old WWII propaganda cartoons on there) with good success.

Not a big youtube fan, but still my favorite (after all these years) is the "old" NFL Films production called CRUNCH COURSE. In my opinion, there is nothing better! We watch it at least twice during the season.

Looks like I am going to be burning a few dvds tonight I replace the youtube part in the URL of the video I want with voobys and it brings you to a page where you download the video straight to your computer as a FLV file (flash).. You can watch them on your computer as an FLV file if you have something that will play flash videos.. the VLC player will.. I then use a program that is free.. called Super.. it converts the FLV file to AVI.. I just used Camtasia to cut up the Scotts Branch 46 Bear video to a shorter video with music and an intro.. Always nice to be able to edit youtube videos huh??

airrradier, could your explain that a little more. I tried to type that into the the box where the URL is but it wouldn't let me type it. It wouldn't even let me clear it out to type. Just to be clear I tried to type it in the area right beside where the video plays, not the address bar up to.

If nothing else.. just copy and paste the URL into word.. and then remove "youtube" and replace with "voobys" Its a neat little tool.. VERY easy.. no downloading of any programs.. shoots it out as a straight up FLV file..

I'm partial to Rudy. I know it's not on youtube and it's a full movie, but if that doesn't make you love the game and motivate you to give it your all, nothing will.
