does everyone have two-a-day practices in high school? if so what does your practice schedule look like? if not, why not?

We have both of our two-a-day practices in the morning. Start at 6:30 and are finished before 12:00. Once we start, we don't have to worry about kids missing the second practice. We are a bigger school, so we have players that play one way and enough coaches to do that.
