I'm doing a reward t-shirt for kids who have 100% weight room attendance. Any ideas for a slogan? Im very lucky as I will have about 20 kids with PERFECT attendance.

We made up a T-Shirt for the 1000 lb. club that had:
"Does All This Muscle Make Me Look Fat?"
Compared to all the other T-Shirts we give out, it is by far the best loking and most sought after. Every time we have testing, I text all the "black shirts" and tell them to wear their 1000 lb. shirts. Then when someone is about to join the club, we have them all stand around them on their last lift and cheer them on. Then we have a "ceremony" to induct them into the club and give them the shirt.
I will put any amount of money on that kid wearing that shirt home AND to school the next morning. They absolutely love them.

I saw them in the hall after they showered and got ready for school. They were wearing them. Ours say MAGIC which means Make a Greater Individual Committment. We are giving helmet stickers this year based on wt room attendance too.

Any combination of your mascot and IRON or POWER is a good start. Check with your local Team dealer - they have catalogs with hundreds of designs.

I like the " Does all this muscle make me look fat?" I think the kids would buy into something like that.

We gave shirts out for a hill climb sessionthat ended summer workouts called 30 Hills, the year before we did the same except it was 60- 40s for sixty forty yard dashes. We also give a shirt to the big hit of the week which is a danger sign that says hard hit zone onit

Like the hit of the week idea. Just picked up a idea we will implement this year. Just took the program over and they have never had a spring development program....have had a good response and the kids will get a shirt this week (the 1's that have earned it)
then along with camp shirts we give out a MTXE shirt throughout two-a-days to the kids that show the attitude/work ethic we look for. every kid should have one by the week of the first game.

We had a very simple one that you could just add your school name to from the t-shirt rep.
It said our name above and then "Fortified with Iron" below
