We are looking into putting something together for our SAs at the high school level. We will have 3 SA's (2 girls, 1 guy). We already have a person to film the game.
My biggest concern would be a distraction caused by a young lady on the sidelines. I mean, 16 year old girl, 15-18 year old boys, its gonna happen.
Any thoughts or ideas?

We use student managers - Here are some responsibilities (Boys and Girls).
1. Horn for Practice - THey keep the periods going and blow the horn in and out of practice.
2. Film Practice - Film different periods (Team, 7 on 7, Inside Drill).
3. Equipment - Come out early and set up desired cones and bags (I need to do a better job of following up with this).
4. Uniforms - They give out the game pants and jerseys Thursday after our walk thru. They also collect it Friday after the game and begin the laundry. Monday they fold and put away the game pants and jerseys from Friday.
5. Game Day - Some film games Balls - Water
6. I would like to get a manager that can do our editing stuff as well. Don't have that yet.

I always thaought that a great independent study would be using the computer to make cutups, managing databases, writing newsletters, etc. just the technology end of it would be a great class

Our HC's son is in this line of work his first year of college at BSU. He got a bowl ring out of it that is bigger than his knuckle.
