I just found a new site that I think would benefit any head coach. www.wiggio.com
It lets you mass text players, post files and links, set a calendar, etc....
It is the best mass collaboration tool I have used to date. Most are too complicated and don't have the things I needed. Wiggio was very simple to set up and easy to use even if you are not tech savy.
