A school down the road from my old HS did a Reverse Raffle at a big function that required a donation to eat($10), then they take part in buying in on the raffle. Get businesses to donate items that are delegated for random draws 1,25,50 etc. Also you can give the option for the last two people to split the winnings. I don't know all the specifics but they always made a chunk of cash. The players and coaches also presold tickets as well for the raffle and dinner.
One of the winners kicked his winnings back to the FB team by purchasing tshirts and shorts, etc.

We are holding a sumo suit wrestling event in our gym. You try to come up with the matchups that students and teachers would pay to watch. We also have donations for a couple of weeks to see which class rep will wrestle the principle. We will also have the concession stand going for extra money. The key is the matchups and the trash talk from the participants. We have school news everyday so that is a great opportunity for the promotion and trash talk. One thing I really like is there is no overhead. We got the suits donated rent free, but if you do have to rent them there are services that will rent them and ship them for about $375. We should make somewhere between 3-5K. PM me if you want more of the details.

A local high school in our county has an auction every year that raises somewhere in the range of $15,000. They get all of the items donated from local businesses. Everything from gift certificates and meals to a helmet that has been signed by all of the players and is in a plastic case. The signed football helmet always goes for a rediculous ammount of money. Some parents donated two of their season tickets to a College football game. Anything you make on the items is usually profit because the just about all of the items are donated.

Wow, it seems like you should be fundraisered out! I'm shocked that you do that many. Anyhow, we started a bowling tournament. You could probably make a couple grand at that. We had some silent auctions and contests and things. Our booster club just did an auction Saturday and made about 6 grand. They auction off items donated from businesses. The hard part may be that you do so much already you have to keep going back to the same well!

We do a couple things that aren't on your list:
1. The Healthy Athlete Initiative
We asked the kids and parents to hit up Clinics, Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Pharmacies - Any business to do with health care to donate to our "Healthy Athlete" these funds go specifically to pay for our year round trainer and gear that helps keeps our kids safe. So last year we collected around $12K. We purchased IMpact concussion software. And paid for our weight room trainer. Parents also chip into this fund another $3k.
2. We also do Booster day at a local upscale grocery store in August. They have a stage and BBQ area on the side. The store gets donations for all the food. We make all the profit. Cheerleaders perform, jazz band, choir. Our boys bag grocery and take everyones bags to their cars. We have donating jars. Sell schedule posters, dunk tank, football throw, sell logo gear. I thought it was going to be too much time for the money and we made $6k last year.
3. Jr Football Camp - WE net over 8k from that. Half goes to coaches, a couple hundred bucks each, and it also pays for our coaches gear , logo jackets , polo's, hat's rain gear. The Booster club gets the other half. They do all the registrations and snacks for camp. They make 4k clear.
Our lettering writing does better and better every year.
PM me if you want and I can send you Word Documents regarding the Healthy Athlete Donation Forms and the Jr. Camp Flyer's and Registration Forms.

Hash is a southern tradition. Basically it is a big stew. Originally after a hog killing, all the parts that you aren't going to cure/smoke are put into a pot (head, lungs, heart, kidneys- things that can't be cured) and cooked to pieces with potatoes, onions, vinegar, and spices.
Most hash you find today is made of pork roasts, beef roasts, and chicken. If you have hunters around, you can also put in deer, elk, or goats too.
If you want to find hash down here, around most holidays, a fire department or Masons will have a stew sell. Unless you have or know someone who has a 30-50 gallon kettle, it probably won't be cost effective. If you have the equipment (or know someone who does), then if you get the word out, you cook all night and then put it in quart or 1/2 gallon cups. You will sell out in about 1 hour.
Another alternative is to have a big fish fry. Get a bunch of people together and seine a pond, then clean all the fish and fry them up. If you catch some turtles, you can also have turtle stew to sell.

Throw in some deep fried turkeys and I am there! That actually is one I forgot. I know some guys that did that for Thanksgiving 1 year. It only takes about 25 minutes to fry one and they did pre-orders.

Contact local restaurant owners and propose a community night.
You promote the night, and provide parents/kids to help with the usual restaurant activites like cleaning tables, sweeping, running food, refilling drinks, etc. Propose to the owner in exchance of promoting the night, they donate a certain percentage of the sales for x amount of time. With these rough economic times, and restaurant food prices dropping, he/she should buy in. The ability to fill the establishment will offset the % of sales donated...plus if you have a tax ID number, the owner's donation is tax-write-off-able...
At the restaurant I work at, we have community night every monday night...and donate 10% of the sales from 6-8. Its a good time. Churches, local high school teams (football, bowling, soccer, volleyball, all of the them), charities, they all need donations and the parents seem to want to help.

We do a community based fundraiser each spring just after the snow is gone. We ask each of our athletes to complete 5 hours of community work for individual/individuals. Work is normally raking, cleaning the yard, putting in docks, etc. Has worked really well the past couple of years for us, small program 35-40 athletes and raise around 5k. The community really enjoys our help and the last couple of years, we have been overwhelmed actually with work. We do everything we can to make sure we will have their business and support in the future.
We treat this as "giving back" to our community. A little work that many of our athletes don't do much of.
