I want to go from somewhat organized, to extreme organizational skills. Does anyone have info on how to accomplish this??

Not sure the exact context of what you mean, but if you talking about time management I would high recommend the "Getting Things Done" method by David Allen. He's got several books and though it is not required (it's a very effective manual system also) there is software support available for it on Windows, Mac, and the web.

My boss gave me that book to read. I haven't gotten around to it though, I spend most of my free time on this board! Maybe he was on to something...
