What areas are you having problems with?
Ive been AD of a 400+ and 100 kid Orgs.

all aspect of the ad last year was never around so i have know clue what goes on behind closed doors the programs under me are tackle & flag football could have as many as15 tackle teams depending signup and 5 flag football teams so i dont know where to begin so any help or forms will be needed ie parent letters, coaches agreement
