Starting my off-season reading and was thinking about adding a Sport Psychology book. Not a college text or a Bio, but something real that I can apply. Seeking ideas in building a tighter team with more focus and discipline. I know, not asking for much. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Thanks guys!
Went by Barnes & Nobles today picked up "Toughness Training" by Loeher and "Coaching the Mental Game" by Dorfman. Both look like excellent reads. Hope to learn a lot and see if I'm not too dumb to apply it.

Bob Rotella (SP?) is pretty good. Most his books are geared toward golf but he is a sports psych. and the material can easily be related to any sport.

I heard Pete Carroll talking about "the inner game of tennis" on jim rome. Great book! It teaches about allowing your brain to perform what you visualize. When I read it the first time there were times that i remembered doing what he was talking about. Good buy, especially if you teach visualization to your team.
