Dynamic stretching is the way to go. If it takes you 5 minutes or 15 minutes...not a big deal...just avoid holding stretches. Do things like high knees, butt kickers, walking lunges, bodyweight squats, etc.

We do A-skips, B-Skips, high knees, hip stretches (elbow to instep), low and high scorpion rolls, ballistic pushups, walking lunges, and that's pretty much it. We do not do the pushups on gameday. I used to do neck bridges at the bequest of old school coaches but no longer do them because most kids flake on them anyway and there is really no way to tell if they are doing them correctly.
