I am wondering if most stretch or use dynamic warm ups, what do you do after these, is there something team orientated you do?
We do this: 6:00 Dynamic warm ups 6:05 Tackling form and fit 6:10 Blocking Stance & Start 6:15-6:25 Half Does tackling drills and half does blocking drills switch at half
Why do you think a team function it is important or not important? Wondering if we should add one. I do like the way we do it because we get finished with this and I look at the other age groups and they are still stretching. Are there any sugestions for good or quick team things to add?

I actually spend about 10 minutes on dynamic warm ups and at least 10 minutes on tackling (form and fit, angle tackling, and/or open field tackling, etc...). Then I go into 10 minutes of whatever drill we run that day. I mix it up to keep it fresh for the kids. It roughly takes us about the same amount of time as you guys.

We begin practice each day with: - 15 minutes of active warmup circuit (form running, agility, speed ladder and bag drills)
- Tackling circuit (usually fit, angle and open field) and CPR (club, punch, rip) takeaway drill circuit on defensive practice days

I do butt kicks, high knees, toe touches, jumping jacks and then drill technique on 3 pt stance and our cadence then go right into angle tackle (slow walk through to check for technique, head placement wrap and grab cloth) And then we progress into drills from there with a pretty good pace. And then into Indy drills
