We had a mom ask us one year if her son got to pick which one of the practices each day he wanted to go to.

I was at a gas station the other day. I was waiting in line and these kids were in front of me. they were reading the tabloid mags. one asked the other who Paul Neuman was. The other kid goes I think he was a famous race car driver at one time like 50 years ago.
reality is we need to educate todays parents and kids. one thing I do it to put a letter in the paper detailing the times of each practice and what is expected.
In the information age we should be able to reach all people and educate them.
when you make the assumption people know you make an a** out of u and me.

My senior year one of our players asked what time the bus left for homecoming and was dead serious.

YASH,
That is so FUNNY! I had a in coming freshman and his mom run into me at the store and asked the exact same question. The funny thing is we do not do 2 a days anymore. Our school district is so big milage wise that we have one longer practice with a break in the middle to get a PBJ and gatorade. We have kids that live an hour and a half away from the shcool. Not just one either. Thre small towns feed into the one main towns high school.
