Guys
We will be making cuts for the first time this year and some players that have been on the team in the past will most likely be cut. I need to be able to document why they get cut. Does anyone use or know of an evaluation form to use. I am basically looking for grading the players skills as it relates to the position they are trying out for and then having a section dealing with coachability so some of the lesser gifted atheltes that are great team guys can make the team too. Any help would be appreciated.
