After countless minutes of debate, we as a staff have come up with the following. Raider, who is your supplier, after seeing this picture, I've made the unilateral decision for the staff to dress this way, though I'd have to go old school with some Air Force 1's instead of those Shox he has on.

Wear school or team shirt and or coat if weather dictates. Besides that I do not care or even think about wardrobe of the coaches. I personally wear a polo and cargo shorts no matter what the weather. I love it when it is cold and rainy and our players see me still wearing shorts.

I have worked for a HC that did not care what we wore. so we always looked mis matched as a staff. When i became a hc i made it a must that we wear the same polo and that we wear khaki's either pant sor shorts (Coaches choice). I think it looks much better when the coaches match.

I just got done telling my semi-pro coaching staff what we will where at practice and games. None of them complained and they all liked the idea. Just thought I would share that. Also, we are not wearing nike,Reebok, addias. the total amount they will have to spend is about 20 to 30 dollars.

since I require my kids to wear a dressshirt, tie, dress pants, dress shoes and game jersey on friday of home games. I wear a dress shirt, tie, dress pants, dress shoes. as the conditions arise in the upper Midwest, I wear a boot on my feet but I still wear shirt, tie and dress pants. I tuck my dress pants into my boots. If is really bad, I will wear a lined running suit which matches our school colors. I am not opposed to this as you move into November in the upper Midwest.
I personally do not like coaching in bluejeans. to me they are restrictive. Outside of the Industrial Arts teachers and Ag ED. teachers I do not see any reason why a teacher would wear jeans period. Professionals do not wear jeans to the office. Lawyers do not wear jeans to their job. So if Educators are professionals and not labors, they wear professional level clothes.

Our head coach insists on us looking similar for varsity games. He sells t-shirts to the students and fans at the beginning of each year, the proceeds provides a polo for each coach (4), and the stat keepers (2 or 3, as well travel a lot). We all were black pants, either slacks or jeans. Each year we alternate between also getting a hat, light jacket, and heavy coat of school color and emblems. For JV game, same staff minus head coach, we usually were the previous years polo and kakis pants. When it gets cold, it is usually an anything goes, within reason.
