Why coach? Initial round-about when I started coaching...
To serve young people... To be a resource in a weird time in their lives... To pay what others did for me forward... To help develop men of character.
Why continue to coach? Now 12_ years later....
Real jobs sound awful... Nothing else catches my eye to get out.

We have difficulty in training our students at University to learn Football as we are short of experiences and training equipments.What can we do to improve and make it happen?

As a high school football and track & field athlete, I was selected to coach my old Elementary School's kids in the annual city wide Track Meet. We won that Meet going away...I had never seen so many happy kids in my life.
I was hooked!!! So much so that coaching has been both my career and my hobby. Coming from the background that I came from...I feel so very, very thankful.

So to seriously answer the question:
I needed some volunteer hours with kids when I was in college and reached out to my coach. He let me open and close the weight room twice a week. I had zero interest in coaching at the time but hanging out with the boys and that camaraderie made me want to stick around, so I asked if there was anything I could do during the football season to help out (was thinking set up equipment, film, whatever grunt work, etc. Didn't matter just wanted to be around ball.) Coach said yeah, come meet me up at the stadium tomorrow night. This is the Friday before the season starts.
I get there and he hands me a bag of school gear and lets me know I'm coaching freshmen OL. Haven't looked back since. Was totally hooked in.
