Hypothetical: You receive a letter from an alum asking you for a list of items that can total up to $10,000 for your program.
What are you putting on that list?
These would be things you've never had the money for before, so I probably wouldn't say something like "Hudl subscription" (unless you just want to take a year off from fundraising lol)

Seriously, I would say buy a endzone camera and use it at practice. We did that and I think it is very helpful.

A.). Anything the weight room truly needs.
B.). A nice lev sled
C.). Any equipment the press box or field needs.
This is a one time gift. Invest it in stuff that won’t need replacing.

My second thought was weight room/training equipment. I wonder how many coaches these days would add into their recruiting budget. |

My previous stop, the booster club bought a Jumbotron for the filed in return for getting a share of the advertising. It cost about $120,000 and that was in 2006. |
