Looking for an organized list of duties for all staff members in your program.
Program stuff - player development, grades, off-season duties, equipment, etc...
O/D/K - all assignments listed for each aspect of these phases of football. Example, the OC has to create scouting report, breakdown opponents base D, duties during the week inseason, gameday, etc..
Looking to create a year round list for all coaches on staff.
Thanks in advance.

I do not have a list. Nobody who get anything from the program, gets it for free. if you get stipend, you are going to work. And it is not negotiable.
Every coaching staff member has a group. The O-line coach had the O-line, D-line the d-line, linebacker coach had the linebackers and right down the the line. That coach was responsible for knowing everything about those kid. You know the parents, you know the girl friend, you know the teachers, you know the grade, you know everything. And you were responsible for getting that kid to practice, film session, weight lifting, condition, punishment, whatever. Everybody has something for everything. So I might be responsible for making sure everybody has left the building after practice, gone home. Or you might be responsible for making sure we have practice film in the system. Somebody else will be responsible for laundry. Yet somebody else for equipment. Somebody was first one out. Somebody was last one out.
On game day somebody did the buses, somebody was responsible for the opponent getting to their proper spot/locker room. Somebody did team meal, somebody did role call, somebody did the headphones, somebody was responsible for hudl. Somebody had chain crew. Somebody was responsible for collecting helmets, laundry. If we traveled any real distance, somebody was responsible for team meal.
Take care of your business. If you had a personal issue, you make better sure your {censored} is covered. Kids did not just not come to practice. I did not dare say I did not know he was not there, and I did not dare not address it, with the player and in those 6 am coaches meetings. The banquet was not a head coach thing. He had his share, but no chance in hell he was going to let his assistants do nothing, or he was going to do the heavy lift.
It was a waste of time because of the situtation, but we would talk to and about every boy in the school. We literally knew everybody’s academic standing. My mentor was responsible for know who needed academic and who was taking care of business. Somebody else took teacher complaints.
Lots of titles got a coach paid. Equipment/ laundry, oc/dc, hc, secondary, linebackers, whatever. If we lacked coaches somebody is getting that money, that money does not just vanish. And he paid those who did the job. There was no free lunch. No free gear.
