Yesterday I had a ref (the white hat from last Friday) come up and let me know that two of the calls against us were bad calls.
Both were called by a young official from over 30 yards from the event....
We won but the game went from a 21-0 comfortable lead to a 28-21 tight final.
The first call was on a touchdown and with the ensuing return- we sucked canal water on KO coverage all night, gave them the ball at the 25 going in.
The second on their next return added 15 more giving them the ball on the 30 going in.
We out gained them 425 to 250 and held them to 26 rushing yards.
Felt like 2 calls and poor KO coverage made it a one score game.
