It was messed up for us as well. I called the support line and had them send us new cable, thinking it was a short in the wires. If our connection and everything continues to be bad I’m going to request a new set up box

It's been fine watching film this weekend. We had issues with Focus and Sideline yesterday though.

We lost our whole film during upload and had to get opponent to send us their copy.
I thought we screwed up but maybe hudl just sucks.

We were clicking on playlists this afternoon and the wrong film would come up. We've also lost some tagged data recently too.

Yeah, hudl definitely sucks. I just uploaded practice film and odked it and clipped out defense. When I got home the total practice was renamed our last game and the defensive playlist was named the same but moved to a different week’s tab in the library.

I have not had many issues with HUDL itself this year other than a couple of slow uploads. Also naming things something different than I named them, but that isn't a huge deal, just annoying.
Now, we have had to ask an opponent or two for their endzone copy due to some user errors...
