Question, is it all R4 based or do these only focus on mechanics? I ask because I don't want to go to the R4.... Side note, I would be what Slack calls an "implicit" coach. Need to get better at my explicit teaching.
I don't do r4. Talking qb mechanics and leadership and intangibles.
