We’re bringing back the first playoff team in school history throw season during a game. When your team has honored past teams what are some of the things you’ve done for those players? This is the 25th anniversary so the team isn’t that old. I think we’ve got enough aged out helmets to give to the coaching staff from that season.

We did something for 25th anniversary of state championship. We Fed them steak dinner before game and let them on field and in locker room before game. Roped off a section for them to sit during game. Honored them and called out every name during halftime. Got drilled by our opponent. Don’t recommend that pet.

Maybe have their captains join yours for the coin toss?

We did something similar with the 1st team in school history (1964-1965) and they joined us for the coin toss.... We also had the last playoff team and did the same thing, but we also had a reception pre-game for any football player, cheerleader, or Coach from the school... As far as souvenirs we did not do anything like that....

Had them out to midfield at halftime to recognize them in front of the crowd. This was an undefeated team that only gave up like 10 points the whole year so the announcer really talked them up and everyone cheered for them. Then they walked off and that was that.
