i finally figured out how to get the pictures on here. is there any way that i can ole tommy's picture to be smaller? also how do you get the pictures over by your name?

Coach,
find picture
right click
click on properties
copy url address that represents picture
go back to X's and O's to modify profile
go to avatar
paste it to line, then type .jpeg behind it with no spaces and it should work
if that doesn't work, then type [ i m g ] with no spaces between the on avatar line
paste url address again, then type .jpeg [ / i m g ] with no spaces between letters and it should work, let me know how it comes out.
