Coaches,
Once again I seek your guidance.
I am at a VERY academic school. The parents support the academics but not at the expense of their grades.
Many parents do not let their kids play because they are too worried there son's grades will drop in-season.
Do you have any articles / research / ideas on how to counter this???
I need to be able to give these shouldbeplayers somethihng to give to their parents or even something for me to hand over / say to these parents.
Any help would once again be appreciated.

In 1995 North Carolina did a study on athletes and academics. Do a google search, you should find it. It is very good.
