$1500 Helmets??? I had a hard time getting $350 Riddells and $300 Xeniths after the last coach splurged and spent $167/helmet. For $1500 what type of guarantee do you have that the concussions would be reduced? I had two concussions this season, and both kids were wearing Xenith Epics.

HELMET HELP PREVENT SKULL FRACTURES. NO HELMET HELPS TO PREVENT CONCUSSIONS.

That's a little reductive.

We get X2E for for $180 and Epic for $210, both with face mask included. our school district has 20 football playing public schools and we have bid list with group buying power

That was last year, and I think I actually paid $275 for the Epics. I'm at a small school that needs to coop with two others, so no group buying power.

How come every story about your school involves a committee? Lmao Football combines the two worst things about America: it is violence punctuated by committee meetings. George Will

This would be considered a Title IX violation in our state. One parent cannot help out a boy's sport without providing the same level of compensation to a girl's sport. I found this out the hard way as a former athletic director when a parent purchased about $200 worth of warm-up shirts for the girl's basketball team. Someone had to gripe and he ended up having to purchase another $200 worth of gear for the boy's team.
So, I would check out the legality of this before this guy proceeds or else he may be buying the girl's water polo team fifteen hundred dollars worth of swim caps and goggles...
