Coaches I would like feedback on what you are using for a sideline replay system. We currently have one that we are unhappy with as it has not worked for us for 3 games now. Long story that we don't want to get into on this thread.

We are using Hudl Sideline, it was buggy at first, mostly due to me and other coaches no t understanding how to set it up right, I had the endzone routers mounted on a leg instead of the vertical pole and it was shooting the signal up into the sky not at the box, resulting in a pixelated signal after a few plays, our 2nd game was at a huge local stadium with a tall box and it the Pressbox router was pointed straight out, fixed it by pointing down a little. my other issue was trying to use cheap thin HDMI cables, kept losing signal. Switched to a heavy duty one from Monoprice and it has worked fine. Other issue we encountered was press boxes with glass windows, caused a signal issue, biggest thing is getting it set up early and testing the signal at new places.

We used hudl sideline for the first time last Friday, with 3 iPad minis. 1 recording and 2 for the sideline. I think our booth guy has one too. It worked seamlessly, the newest update fixed the zoom issue, it will hold the zoom without having to keep your finger on the screen.

Just used Hudl sideline for the first time this week - it was sweet. A huge advantage to be able to see what was happening as it happened.

We're using HUDL Sideline Premium (we get both camera angles on our iPads.) After a rough first week it's been great for us.

Anybody know a good lens to attach to an iPad Pro 9.7?
Our film quality looks terrible sometimes when using Hudl Sideline. Way too bright, or way too dark.
They told me today it's suppose to be getting fixed though.
