I read this today on twitter "RB coach Gary Brown had the Cowboys buy footballs that beep if carried correctly. He learned about them at the Combine." as linked from the footballscoop web site. Any one know where you can get these and how much they cost?

I feel like it should beep if carried incorrectly. The opposite. It's like click training for a dog. A Beep becomes. A reward

Seems like having your coaches yell and correct players would be more cost-effective.

Seems like having your coaches yell and correct players would be more cost-effective. I want the coach who can sense if a kid has too much pressure on the front of the ball.

Saw it at Northwood University's football camp a few weeks ago...very interesting although I'm not a fan of the cost. If cost is no object & you have everything you need, they might be worth it. If not, lochness is probably right.

Imo, the easiest way to coach carrying the ball correctly is during team drills (or any drill) and you are behind the offense (or the drill). If you can see the ball as they run away from you, they aren't carrying it right.
