I don't mind a little philosophy if it leads somewhere. I get tired of the guys that put the same overhead up like "Keys to being a good linebacker" and it's stuff that you cover in the first 4 minutes of your first chalk of two-a-days.
I've had enough bad experiences that I put in a ton of research before I go anywhere. I'll fly to a clinic where I know I'll get something helpful. I know where most of my defense came from, and I'll track down who or what people will talk on something similar and make that the point of my trip. The rest of the clinic I figure I'm gambling.
But I'll never go back to the Nike clinics.
