Hello Coaches, I have been coaching close to 22 years. In that time have been a JV assistant all the way up to a Head Coach of a program
I have been in wishbone, spread, wing-t/full t (spent most of my career in this), splitback veer, fly, and currently double wing.
Defensively, mostly 5-2, but also 4-4,and 4-3

Hello, coaches, I'm a second year OC who jumped from a simple assistant to a coordinator in one year. I've learned by "fire baptism" (a local joke) the details of the role. Last year this forum, I don't know how I stoppes here, helped me a lot and is still helping me.
I also have a website (www.gridiron.com.br) that helps the brazilian coaches with the basic knowledge of the game. If you ever come here and watch some games without traditional teams that will make your eyes bleed. So I wanna assist the game evolve here with the website and some videos.
I really like here and I am starting to become addicted to the threads lol
Sorry for any grammar mistakes, I've never had a really formal education on english.

Have been coaching at the high school level for 4 years now. Most recently promoted to JV head coach/ offensive coordinator. Also do private quarterback coaching on the side.
Have recently started to develop an app called QBIQ that's a customizable play simulator for football players to get mental repetitions at home.

Hi everyone,
I am a coach and player for an amateur team in China. No experience coaching, I was made one of the coaches simply because I have been to America and like American Football more than others on my team.

Hi. I am a JV/varsity assistant coach in NE WI. I started off as a volunteer freshman coach and I have slowly made my way up the program. I coach OLB on defense. We run a 3-3 stack using 4-3 concepts. Our offense is mostly power out of the gun. I love reading all the posts, on any side of the ball. Just a young guy looking to get as much knowledge as possible!

Hello fellow coaches,
Fixing to start my second year coaching in this awesome profession. I worked in business a few years out of college trying something different, but I always knew my true calling. I am a coach's son. Was a Jr. High Coordinator in North Texas my first year. Coming back home to south Texas for an opportunity to coach with my Father. Offense I love any type of option game under center or gun. Defense I love the "numbers defense" allows you to align to any defensive formation.

Hello all...great site
HS Experience 5A Texas late 80's Veer Center
I have coached youth football for 6 years and this is my last (youngest son's last year before JR High ball). I have run single wing, double wing, spread with primary responsibility to coach OL. Last 2 years I have been DC an have run a base 4-2-5 with multiple fronts depending on what we are facing.
This year coaching 11 & 12 years olds. I focus on technique, technique and more technique as we have a 50% minimum play rule with 18 kids per team and draft 16 kids each season (HC and AC kids are frozen on team). With varying degrees of experience and ability, we are challenged each year with putting kids in positions that give them the highest chance for success while trying to win some games. Philosophy in youth football is that some kinds need football more than football needs the kids. We teach safety, technique, and try to always have fun while ensuring they are ready for the next level.
i look forward to learning more every year and hope to continue my learning through this site.

Experience: Offensively Red Faught's Run & Shoot, My high school coach was heavily influenced by Coach Faught. We always ran guards east and guards west. Way way back in 1991 I went to a passing camp at Georgetown. My coach asked me to not tell Coach Faught we run guards west. He said the old man would get pissed that we run west.

Just finished my first year as the HC at a 5A school in SLC, UT. Ran a Pro/Spread offense and a 4-2-5 defense. Working hard to turn around a struggling program. I may be naive or delusional, but I look forward to turning it into a respectable program again.

My cousin played for him in '92, GTC's 1st of many National Championships. He actually had the game sealing INT. I also coached for a guy that played OL for that team. We only ran East! I've used that play quite a few times over the years.

Hi Coaches,
I've been reading on this forum quite some time, grabbed some great ideas! I'm coaching Football in Germany (6 years Junior Team (15-19 Years old), 4 Years Adult Team (20+ Years old)). Also still playing (we don't have any regulations regarding age or anything). Right now it's offseason, regular season starts in April.
Hope to grab some more ideas or can provide some to you!

New to this site, I've heard it referenced on Twitter but never knew what it was. Now I can tell I'm about to be addicted.
I spent 2 years on a 5A staff in Oklahoma. Loved it but just couldn't go full-time at this moment in my life. Looking forward to diving into all these threads, can't wait to see all the info I've been missing out on over the years!

New to the site, just finished my second year as an OL coach at a small school in Iowa. Asked my head coach for a source where I can learn more about coaching and etc. He told me he has been using this site for years. So far I LOVE the stuff I have found and am excited to learn how to improve this great game!

Hello Everyone!
I've been reading this site since 2012 and finally decided to join the conversation. I have loved football since before I buckled my first chin strap. I have followed the game ever since - first as a player, second as a fan/observer, third as a student, and now as an aspiring coach. This site is a tremendous resource. I am thankful for all of the coaches who post on this site, who offer advice and counsel from their storehouse of experience.
