Starting a Program Job Interview

I have an interview next week at a school that is in the process of beginning a football program. I already have my interview packet somewhat completed.

My questions to you are...

1) What would you expect to see in an interview packet for this type of interview situation?

2) What different questions might I expect because of the situation?
