We do high knees, carioca, 45 deg cuts, backpedal/turns, lunges, starts. What is unique I think is we do them together. WE use class, but you could use any groupings really.
WE go 10 yards. THe lines have to stay together or they do it over. We tell them to watch the man to their left. Lunges are the hardest for them as the entire line has to step in unison or you get a sine wave of helmets. Warms us up, short and sweet, gets them focused. If one group doesn't do it right the entire team does them again.
