How much do you do strength training with your youth teams? We don't have lifting facilities at my team and you have to be 15 to join a gym privately in Denmark, so we do squats, sit-ups, chin-ups and push-ups during warm ups, but how much do you work them? We do 30-20-20-10 twice a week, should I increase?

I'd highly recommend adding walking lunges also because it will increase their hip flexibility and increase single leg strength as well as balance.

I'd highly recommend adding walking lunges also because it will increase their hip flexibility and increase single leg strength as well as balance. We do those as part of our agilities in warmups
