What are some of the songs you like to hear in these situations. I like Eye of the Tiger, Lose Yourself by Eminem and Heart of a Champion by Nelly

That reminds me of the Pistons in the "Bad Boy" era Brophy. I was in 8th grade watching Isiah Thomas and Rodman. There's also something about that song by Queen called I want it all

Do any of you know who sings the song that starts off with "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor."
It is a fairly new song, but I have only heard it a few times and have never heard who sings it.

Our kids LOVE "Beer for my Horses" by Willie Nelson and Toby Keith.
"Grandpappy told my pappy back in my day son, I man had to answer for all the wicked that he done. Take all the rope in Texas, find a tall oak tree. Round up all the bad boys and hang em high in the street. For all the people to see. Justice is one thing you should always find. YOu've gotta saddle up your boys, and draw a hard line. When the gunsmoke settles we'll sing a victory tune. And we'll all meet down at the local saloon. We'll raise up our glasses against evil forces, Singing 'Whiskey for my men and beer for my horses.'

Drowning Pool - "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" I love this one...too bad the Lead Singer died from an OD... But as long as you get an edited copy (lawsuits), "Crunk Juice" gets the blood flowing...

We use "Bodies" by Drowning Pool, as described above. Also, try "Here Comes the Boom", the version by Nelly from The Longest Yard; "Blind" by Korn; and "Enter Sandman" from Metallica.

One of our assistants is in a band...they played before our 1st game of the season. They played the Imperial March song (Darth Vader) on a keyboard with the guitars just shredding behind it followed by a mean metal sounding version of "Another Brink in the Wall"...I was looking for someone to hit! It was crazy!

All you Southern boys need to be playing "Boom" by POD.....and the version to play of "Bodies" is the version from Blade....sometimes ya have to skip that one if your boys are already jacked.....causes severe headbutting and wall banging

P.S. "Let the man go through" by Soul Coffe......if ya have a guy who really showed out at practice or has just really busted his hump--when the team takes the field to whatever song ya enter to..HE does not participate...then THIS song pops off and its his turn.......you'd be suprised at how PROUD and how hard your guys will fight to be honored like this.....

Hatebreed - To the Threshold - For a team that might have struggled a bit and needs to get back on track. Might blow the walls off of your weightroom. Let administration know ahead of time about this one because your players will get psycho leaving the weightroom.
This is the sound of the lost, beaten and broken, Rising up and claiming what was been taken from us From the shadows of the past From the depths of our own failures Stepping forward into the light Denying our demise Decimating all uncertainty Bowing to only who can place judgment upon me
Give me your broken Give me your beaten I will build them up I will lead them To the threshold Make you stronger Make you believe I am one in the same But now stronger then uncertainty Within this army This is more than a battle cry It's the blood of our lifeline Flowing faster
This is the sound of the lost, beaten and broken Decimating all fears Stronger then ever Beyond every dream Ascension into supremacy Now we're stronger then ever Harder then ever
We were the broken We were the beaten I was once like you Now I push myself to the threshold Because I am stronger Because I believe Now I spit in the face of defeat Now I'm stronger then all uncertainty

I am a big fan of the industrial / techno crap (without lyrics).....OVERSEER (check our highlight vid - lol) ........ also, the MASHUPs of popular rock songs and hip hop stuff is insane. Rage Against the Machine is also a favorite who am I kidding? OUR kids are getting hyped off of Tenacious D before games.....

Of course you have to put Rage Against the Machine on their. I'm going to "shart" my pants when I see them in a few weeks for the first time in 7 years. Here are some songs I added to my highlight film. All these songs I play at my muy thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsui classes and they all like it. Another song from "Smackdown vs Raw 2007" actually I got alot of good workout music can be found on this game. God Smack Tool(Ignore the thong) Submersed

I like most of what's been mentioned above plus a little Motley Crue and Poison. Even though I went to HS in the mid 90s, we were very into those two bands!!

My gift Not a song but a speech, we made time before everygame to listen to this as a team in the locker room. Last year lost in semifinals, so this had a very special effect on the boys. media.putfile.com/Irvin-Pregame-SpeechIts Michael Irvin pregame speech before Miami and Florida State a few years back. Not sure where he got it, but one of our coaches has a CD that includes only the thunderous clapping from We Will Rock You for about 8 minutes straight. At an extremely high volume during mat drills, it really started to drive everyone a bit insane.

I have always liked this one. The kids really latched on to it. that is the collection of EVERY half-time speech and cliche ever given all rolled up into 7 minutes..... (AGS is my all-time favorite movie..........shows you how shallow I am).
