I am new to this forum and was getting confused by some of the terminology, not hard to do by the way, and thought that this thread would help me. But I am kind of like outlawzheadcoach, some of this is as clear as mud, but do enjoy reading all you guys have to offer.

Appreciate the help. I am looking to get back into coaching. I have never had an official coaching position, just my student teaching. I graduated college in '96 and have owned my own business since then so it might take a while for me to get reacquainted with the terminology.
