We have used this at most places I have been at. Has never been an issue.

Our state has just went to a 40 second clock. Does anyone have any clock management resources that you can point me to or share. Really looking for a take a knee chart.
Thanks in advance.

Badger makes some really good stuff. And pretty cheap too. If your program isn't buying it go in together with some other staff guys and have a bigger order and your price should come down some.

Really pretty easy. As long as everyone has a google account (free). It's like making a phone call or sending an email.

As a DC I look at the formations, plays and players. When scouting the first thing I look for is the formations and what they are trying to do with them. Also, look at what they are doing with their best players. Are they moving him around? If so, why and when?
We run a 3-3 stack and very few do on our schedule. So, I know that many offenses we face will look different when we play them because in my experience OC's give different looks to 3-3 teams.

I quiz my defense with hudl. I make a cutup of 10 or so plays. I put notes on there and they have to name checks or responsibilities. They have to text me the answers.

i just try to be myself. I like to laugh and cut up. I work when its time to work and when we get in the locker room I try to build relationships. As a whole our staff does this. We have been very successful. Our kids know we care about them, but also know when it's time to go to work. I think that we've been able to push them harder because of our relationships with the kids.

I know we should be jacked. And we were the last couple of years. In fact, after we won the first round our guys were not all that excited. In one way I like that we expect to win, but you have to enjoy it sometime.

We are fortunate enough to make the playoffs for the 3rd straight year. We are in week 2 of the playoffs and it seems that the kids are just going through the motions today at practice and really the last week as well. I know that the kids should be excited about making it this far, but only a few are showing they care.
Any suggestions to keep kids working hard?

On paper we are equal. But in reality our HC is an O guy. So O goes over every day. And at best D gets alloted time. Same here.

I would think most football coaches do the heavy two days (Monday and Tuesday) and back off (Wednesday). I agree that getting more out of Thursday would be great.

We are trying to go competely to this as well. One thing we are going to do this year is buy some cheap practice pants with knee pads already in them, and we are going to get knee pads sewn into our game pants so we never have to worry about knee pads either.

We have made our defense where we do not have to make as many adjustments, and that has helped.
