Just spitballing here for a 3 coach TCU system with limited players: 1 DL coach 1 LB coach 1 DB coach-I would put DC here
Incorporate drills to combine similar techniques for DBs within the scheme of the defense. An example would be including a crack/replace drill for CBs in the same diamond drill with safeties. That way you are repping your Cover2/sky look for the entire secondary. It would have the added benefit of the entire secondary of seeing what the other DBs do within your system if you have to move people around due to injuries/numbers.
You can do similar things for the front. Heck, you can even put safeties and LBs together for a run fit/pass distribution period if the CBs need a little more indy time with the DB coach.
Also, have SS split time between DB and LB because his skill set is more of a tweener anyway within that system.

How to coach up your coaches would be a good topic that is often overlooked. Too many times X's and O's take precedent over how to develop your own staff.

Trust me, we’ve definitely had many discussions on this. Our biggest issue is we’re in Iowa, the only state that still has Summer baseball, so there’s that “problem” too... One thing we've done to help with the summer baseball and work issues is we offer two times: 7:45-9:00 in the morning and 5:15-6:30 in the evening. We don't have coaches go to both sessions and divide up who is supervising when so helps lesson the #grind on the staff. We had a similar structure to this. I coached in an area where some athletes needed the job to help with the family income, so we opened up another S&C session in the evenings. As for the football portion, we worked basic fundamentals in circuits and chalk-talked scheme stuff so they were on the same page as the kids in the morning. They didn't get the physical scheme reps but they were a lot further ahead than if we didn't offer it.

I need help. Was a member to the vault. Stop. Want to start back. Website will not let. Have sent SEVERAL emails. No response. Just want to restart. Really sorry to hear about the inconveniences on this, Coach. If you'll send us a note at info@glazierclinics.com with your contact info and a couple words about the issues, I'll personally make sure you get a call from someone on our team to get this straightened out. Thanks for sticking with us while we get things fixed up for you. I too signed up yesterday and have not received any information. I even sent a message to the email address about and still have not heard anything.

I had to think about this one because I graduated in 1971 and have lived in another state since 1977. I've kept in touch, though. Funny thing is that after all of those years the guy I kept going back to was a guy who I played with: Valley View HS Archbald, PA Jack Koniszieski (Jeez, I'm Polish and I'm not even sure if I spelled it right) Your basic All-American kid. Area Player of the Year as a Junior. QB, DB, and punter. Played SS at Penn State. Also a good basketball and a great baseball player AND Honor Society AND and helluva nice guy. Jack is probably the most important figure in the history of Valley View HS. VV was made up of a jointure of three small schools. A lot of jointures have problems because of grudges between old rivals and jealousy. I'm told that that was happening behind the scenes among the adults but never happened with is players. Jack had played at Blakely, the most successful of the three schools. As I'd said, Jack was the returning Player of the Year and had played on a great team. He could have looked down on us guys from the other school that Blakely had regularly hammered but instead he was the most welcoming, friendliest guy you could find. The same was true of other star players from Blakely. He might not have played in the NFL (as far as I know, nobody from my HS has) but that was an influential guy. COAL REGION PRIDE!

Think about the message you are trying to send your team. Say it's "Tradition", then I would include pictures of our past teams that won championships or were playoff bound.
