I've been blessed to coach on some great and deep staffs. The one thing I'd like to learn more is quality practice planning with only 3 coaches. Anyone have recommendations or templates or both?

I've been with small staffs. 1 OL/DL coach, 1 RB/QB/LB coach and 1 WR/DB Coach. Those are also the groups for Indy and group periods. Then during team you can go 8 plays of Varsity followed by 4 plays of JV and alternate for however long you want to go during team period. This gets everyone coached up and built in water breaks. I think you also get better reps from everyone when they know they only have to go for 8 reps then get a break before doing it again as opposed to 15-30 minutes of constant effort with no break that isn't very game like. (The alternating makes the reps more similar to a game in my opinion)
