There is a lot of companies that make them look it up. Two ways that I had them done because my school was too cheap, have wood shop order sheets of plywood on school dime. School bought them kids did the project and put number on plywood. Not easy to move around but sturdy. Next, with my own coin I bought tarps and had the art class make the numbers on them. They lasted better than I thought they would and you can go big. Cons, have to let dry, storage is a pain don't want to stick together.

Looks to be about 3,500 for these aluminum ones. pioneerathletics.com/painting-fields/stencils?p=1When I did the painting we had vinyl stencils. Have no idea about the price, but we did go through pioneer. I tried plywood for an intricate design once, did not like the results. Would have probably been better if it was just big block numbers. With all that being said, If you really want numbers, you could free hand them fairly easily with enough stakes, strings, time, and keeping your design geometric. My profile picture has part of the field I strung up and painted. I got to the point where I painted Large 50 yard logos, and endzones using that method. If you have the money, absolutely spend the money. But it can be done with the things you have. It is just going to take your longer.

A little late to the game. Missouri Turf Paint does an excellent job. They are fairly expensive but are done professionally and well worth the money. I have done the home made stencils before and they work but the professional stencils are the way to go. Depending on size of logo, etc. The is cost $1000ish
