Along similar lines as coachbdud's thread but this is for the school football office. Offseason so putting list together of items we may need/want for the season. Booster program has done awesome for us past couple of years so we have some extra to spend - and will spend some of it for office stuff, equipement, etc. Basically looking for input - what are things you make sure to have every season? Maybe something straightforward like pencils, papers - maybe you have something unique you must have? Would love to hear your feedback!
Here's our run down. Pretty small square room (don't have dimensions - was once the old trainers room). What we already have in there:
2 desks + 1 small table 1 filing cabinet 1 printer/scanner (will be buying backup ink supply, we use school paper so good there) 1 long whiteboard with markers, erasers, expo spray 1 projector 1 team laptop Extra ethernet and HDMI cable
One item on our list of things to get this offseason is a laminator - any suggestions on what to look at would be helpful here as well!

We have been trying to get a door or curtain to separate the coaches bathroom from the rest of the coaches office, so most the things on your list will never be on our list.

Small fridge packed with caffeine and water.
Whiteboard - sections for lists such as "Longterm Projects," "Shorterm Projects," etc.

I'm a simpleton so I think you have it all covered already. You said one laptop, is it possible to get all of your coaches a laptop, even the ones who aren't employed by the school in other capacities? And yes to the fridge and just have everyone take turns stocking it or use some money from a youth camp to stock it.

Here is what we have. I think our room is great but a little small for all the coaches we have. Roughly 8'/10' by 30'.It is a good set up for us. One doors leads to our weight room and the other to a hallway where our locker room is. It is pretty much a supply closet I added cheap carpet and pictures and newspaper articles to the walls. (2) 4x6 White boards (1) Gatorade Fridge (1) Laser Printer Big game count down clock. Couch with coffee table (Couch is a life saver for me.) I am going to add a coffee maker. Head Coach Desk and open/free desk for anyone to use. To clear up space I put the two file cabinets outside plus I "try" and keep the room free of all equipment and gear. All coaches already have a laptop. Here are some pictures. Not the facilities like I have seen on Twitter for Texas schools but I can't complain.

Ahhh don’t know how I forgot but we do have a mini fridge from previous HC. Beverages good to note though easy enough to stock ahead now for summer/fall. Our HC (as well as most of us on staff) are alumn of school and he’s one of the best players to come through so when he came in he instantly had a rapport especially with the older alumni. As a result we’ve had a good amount of donations/sponsors. One of his main priorities is really upgrading our office. Appearance is big on his list as if we have visitors or anyone we want a professional looking space. So he’s looking to pain walls, get a decent carpet on floor, and a couch or furniture of some type. He’s really old school in sense that he’s not a tech guy so I deal with most of that end. Through school we got an extra projector set up given to us. Some other items I thought of: extra whiteboard or two (one with a calendar), cork board, those magnets where you can slide paper in them for depth chart purposes, and a HUDL remote.

Head coaches who have a couch in the coaches office are lit. Until they say it's a fire hazard and it has to be taken out.

I'd love it if ours had internet. I feel ya - in a battle with our shool trying to get our office and basketball team room wired. The trainers room across the hall has wired internet. The wifi in our room only works in one small corner (desk moved there) - and is iffy at best most days so watching film can be a pain. I hate working from home too much during the season because I'm way less productive and way more distracted. Real petty stuff I guess compared to other situations or where program was just a few years ago. Thanks to everyone for feedback so far!

Head coaches who have a couch in the coaches office are lit. We have 5, no joke. But it is also where we watch film with the team

If the room is rather small, maximize your floor space by organizing things onto shelves or hanging baskets
