High school OL coach in Georgia who gives linemen shots of syrup for making pancake blocks.
I wonder if he knows...

When I’m having a rough day, I just type “Syrup” into the search function and it generally doesn’t disappoint.

There's a difference between passing out shots of syrup, and doing syrup body shots off someone under 18.

It doesn't feel like a big difference, though.

Nothing motivates a prediabetic kid like a huge shot of sugar

This is one nuance of the Huey board I wish would die.
All I imagine when someone brings it up is that scene from a Christmas Story when the kid slowly touches his tongue to the flag pole.
Only instead of a kid it’s a man and instead of a flagpole it’s a belly button filled with syrup surrounded by a fat sweaty belly.

My take: If the first story. the bodyshots, hadn't happened we wouldn't give the latest story a second thought.

Honestly this is kinda gross. If I’m walking off the field, I don’t want to inhale syrup that came from some sweaty ass bottle on a hot September day

I like to imagine he has a cooler with ice that is crudely labeled "syrup cooler" so those shots are nice and cool.

Did you not see the pic? He carries that thing around in a special holster on his hip! So if it wasn’t already warm, his body heat is going to make sure it is.

When ever I hear about syrup being used like this I think of Chris Rock and the tossin salad man. And then I don't want syrup for several months.

When I was in school we called them roach blocks (think about a roach on its back that can’t flip over). Think anybody has a version of that to celebrate?

I love the fact that my home town is known for 2 things... World class wine... And a coach licking syrup off his players...
Can we just all agree that syrup doesn't belong in the locker room?
