What does your head coach have on his play sheet in addition to the offensive or defensive plays? Timeout tracker, clock charts, 2 pt charts, ref names, etc.?
Does anyone have one they can share?

I am the HC and call the plays. In addition to the play calls, I have an area with kickoff return and punt team personnel (these are the two I'm in charge of), a timeout chart, an area to chart penalties, an area with game captains listed, and a general area to make notes during the game.

I have 2 laminated sheets (Front and back). Sheet 1: OC's call sheet backed with Go for 2/Timeout/Take a knee. There is plenty of room on the call sheet portion to jot notes with a sharpie. Sheet 2: Defensive Call Sheet backed with Special Teams Depth Chart (room also for notes if I need it, but make all of my notes on the offensive call sheet). I also keep a laminated sheet with our pregame schedule and captains listed (we rotate each week and I am bad at remembering my players' numbers) that I throw away right before kickoff. It's been a good system for me, I am sure there are things I'm missing and look forward to some ideas from this thread.
