Has anyone purchased the guardian caps and what is their overall review of them?

We had a couple kids with them, were ordered before we started coaching there. I don't think they do much myself. I also want to say that they may void any warranty from the helmet manufacturer, but that may not be true any more.

We have a team set. Love em. Haven’t had a concussion in practice since August 2016 and it’s good to COA when parents try to tell us their little Johnny can’t play a barbarian sport.

We bought some two years ago. After 17 days of spring, they were tattered The owners of the company visited practice, saw this, and gave us 30 more. At the end of the season, they gave us another set. And this year they gave us 40 more. Lol. Now our entire program wears them.
I like them. They keep the paint on our helmets. And I do think they help with concussions, especially with OL/DL. And if parents think so, that’s pretty helpful.
Overall, I think they’re a good investment both for the health of your players and for the preservation of helmets making it thru the season.

What warranty? The helmets only promise to protect against skull fractures to begin with, so what injury could a kid have where you’d otherwise be able to go after the helmet manufacturer?

I think that the warranty is for damage to the helmet. We had an issue with some new helmets cracking a few years ago.

I think that the warranty is for damage to the helmet. We had an issue with some new helmets cracking a few years ago. Most helmets have a 5 year warranty on the shell. I had one crack last season. Got a full replacement.
