I need a good one to put on our t-shirts this year.
Any suggestions?

"We're not here to get buff, we're here to get rough"
I think that one is from Westside.
"Fortified with Iron" is one we used on a T-shrit once.

Our most popular one was 2 years ago - we used a lyric from a very old hymm - Obviously we are a Christian school so not everyone could use this in their setting.
Soliders of Christ Arise And Put Your Armor On!
It also transferred very well to putting on our pads.

Saw a school who once put the date of next years state championship game in bold letters across the front and back.

(we don't "power lift", so it's not ours, but one of my former assistants - outstanding coach - used this one:)
HALF A TON AND THEN SOME
(referring to 1,000 pound goal of adding bench, squat, dead lift together, obviously).
