cc's answer is pretty close - just ask my wife!
Although my 2 year old daughter keeps me on my toes - I think I might be one of the top 33 year-old experts on Dora and The Lion King. She's a great 'balance' in my life.
I also teach senior Biology full time at the HS... so that keeps me busy as well.
When I have some time to spare I usually like to read - usually historical fiction.
Of course a good country song goes a long way too!

Hang out with family, hunt and fish, I watch our local Bball team, has a few of our football players on it, and since I don't teach at my school, I actually have to work now....

I really don't do that much - besides football. Don't hunt or fish - take occasional trips to Flamingo (South Florida) with my headmaster on his boat. Used to ski in the winter but no slopes where I'm at. Two oldest kids still in college - follow their careers. Watch my youngest at XC meets and then help coach track in the spring. Yeah, I run and workout myself, but it's pretty pathetic - the life revolves around football, and I love it!

I usually go into hibernation in early January and don't emerge until late May... Not much of a "hobby" guy, BUT I do like to throw the weights around still. Not as much as I did when I was playing, but I can still hold my own. I also read. I'm teaching high school World History this year after being a middle school US History teacher for the past 6 years...pretty spotty on World History, so I have a bunch of reading to do. Knocked out "The Influence of Seas Power On History" last summer after reading it off and on for a couple of years...my dad got me a cheap set of "The Story of Civilization" by Will and Ariel Durant...all 11 volumes! I'll start chomping on that in a few weeks. Also a bit of a gun nut...not a hunter, but I do like to shoot. I do like to fish. As a matter of fact, I'm going with 2-3 of our assistant coaches on a fishing trip to Canada in June. I have three little Wildcats, too, all boys. Spend a lot of time with them. I try to bring the older guys to the weightroom with me and to basketball games and stuff like that as much as possible...gotta get them interested early!

Dad time--- 3 boys from 9th through 1st grade.
Occassionally try to improve my classroom performance.
Actually read a new Psych text book sent to me by the publisher for review--- don't be too impressed; it was only 1 chapter and I did it for the money ($100).

Catch up with the family! I have 4 little girls (9,7, 3 and 1). Sneak in 18 holes whenever I can! I have my own cart at the local golf course and I managed to play maybe 5 times all summer last year!

Unfortunatley, football is my hobby. I wish it were my job because then maybe going to work would be fun instead of a chore. The rest of the time I work in the business world. I also like to play just about any sport that is a team concept. Basketball, flag football, court volleyball, sand volleyball, softball, whatever. I am definitely on and off with lifting and running.

Trail Bike, work out, salt water fishing when ever possible (mostly deep water and surf), spend a lot of time at the lake house being lazy, read - mostly history, fiction, and of course football. House projects out the wazoo lately. I spend a lot of time right now playing with my new son. Everyonce in a while I pick up an engineering, IP, or telcom book since I am engineer by trade...very rarely though Jack

Spend time with my wife. It is very simple. I'm with my family or I'm coaching and thinking about football. My wife is super.
I don't really have any hobbies except football. I guess I live a simple life!!

I am pretty much a sefl-professed geek when it comes to hobbies. I like gaming...especially war games. I also play a lot of chess.
I weight lift competitvely and coach weightlifting at my high school. The weightlfiting I am talking about is olympic weightlifting..Snatch, Clean and jerk. Helps me relax. I hope to go to Masters Nationals this year and Clean 145 kg and snatch 110 kg.
Besides that I play with my kids. I love football with a passion but I need 3 or 4 months away from it.

I try to come up with ways to think about football...this site helps.
Other hobbies, finishing my undergrad which means taking Praxis II tests, long-term sub stints whenever I can, I also design homes for friends since that is my first career option. If not studying for test or trying to edumacate the youth of america, I am called a building inspector since I recently finished up my International Code Council certification (more tests). Other times I like to play NCAA on PS2 preparing for the next season (at least that is what I call it) and building golf courses on SimGolf, like the computer game but suck at it in real life.

Spend time with my wife, come on married guys, even though we would rather do football, she deserves it! Run our after school weight lifting program, umpire high school baseball (hey it pays more than coaching!), read, play NCAA football on PS2, work out a little bit when I can, and alot like CC sit around and think about football until spring ball starts!

Funny...
Reading this thread makes me realize how much we are all alike.
I am finishing up graduate school and hope to make the move to public education as a School Counselor (currently I am a Technology Consultant).
So, I will develop some other interests when I am FINALLY done in MAY!
Love to read Psychotherapy and Psychology books though!

Three boys eight and under keep me busy, but I just ran for city council (unsuccessfully), more fb as president of the local youth football association and a career working as an employment counsellor for people with disabilities. Plus my wife and I are movie freaks and love playing Trivial Pursuit.
