Is the first one going to be tomorrow night? No. We don't have speakers locked in yet, nor do we have all logistics worked out.

What's the other platform you were talking about? Lets get a few guys together and test it out just for sh!ts and gigs www.freeconferencecall.com/profile#/account-infoYou sign up with an email (once again free). It will prompt you to download their app. Similar to Zoom I can send out a link to our session. It doesn't seem to have the time restraints or participant caps that limit Zoom, but other than that seems comparable in terms of features as far as screen sharing and such goes. The only disadvantage I see is that it looks like I can't schedule the meeting ahead of time and send out a link early, so I'm not sure on the logistics of getting the link out to participants.

I only know of two easy options....mailing list or make a google classroom for the thing Google Classroom isn't a bad idea. If I am hosting them it looks like once you guys have the link it doesn't ever change which does make it easier. Mailing list would work too, since once you guys have the link you have it. I might also do a Google doc for guys wanting to attend (would get an idea on expected number) and then I can just put the link on there.

Another option is Teamviewer.
It's free for personal use and has app for ipad, works on both PCs and Mac and I haven't seen a limit for people.
Can file share and you can record the meeting,
I don't know how well it works, I use it from work every once in awhile when I need something from my computer at home.

Wouldn't we all need email addresses from the same GAFE school to be in a Google Classroom together?

I'll probably just post the link on a sign up doc or even here once we figure out how we are doing this thing for sure.

I liken this to alot of twitter chats out there except we can see and discuss more, I feel we create a list of topics that we want discussed and branch off of that. I love looking the glazier stuff but I find it not enough and need more to fill. I feel we can get a list and branch that into several different ideas it would be tremendous

1) 425 2) Split coverage 3) Navy option offense 4) incorporating RPO's into a flexbone offense Coach, what are you looking for on Navy option? I actually coached with a guy who coached at Navy. While I'm not an expert at his level, there are probably some topics in there that I could speak on pretty well.

I too would love split coverage if anybody wants to take that, as well as pattern match. I'm a visual and audio guy, so as much as I have read on them I really want to hear and see.

I'd like to learn more about gap and man running schemes out of shotgun, specifically the counter trey and dart with variations/tags off of them.

While I'm not an expert at his level, there are probably some topics in there that I could speak on pretty well. Anything and everything. I've coached in the Navy/ flexbone system for a while. I'm always looking for new ideas: 1) OL blocking schemes and techniques to teach those schemes 2) "If/Then" play calls: why are certain plays called to certain looks, coverages? What are the adjustments (subtle and whole-sale)? 3) Drills/ practice plans/ how are techniques taught? What order? What drills? 4) Playcalling --> call sheets? Friday night assignments for coaches? 5) Terminology

I have friends that work at this company. It's literally 5 minutes from my school. I have a version of Wirecast. It is an amazing product. Might be worth looking into for your streaming needs. www.telestream.net/wirecast/overview.htm

This is something different and I would love to see something like that. I think I'll watch/attend on any topic, but Special Teams would be different/awesome.

Two things I do not know if this was brought up but my guess is we do not all live in the same timezone but I say lets pick a day and a time and try to host it every week, maybe schedule to avoid the twitter chats, I know Mondays I am usually glue to hogfbchat, and know sundays I tend to check out the fla and the tx chat when i can but what about HueyFBwed or something like that

I don't know if this is an actual clinic topic, it comes up a lot on this board but... I write resumes for a living and "head hunt". I could possibly talk about job markets and what AD's/Supers are looking for in resumes and offer interview tips, "mock interviews" and help with stuff like that if there would be an interest?
