I have about 5 Nike footballs that were new this season and are now flat. They won't hold any air. Not sure how this happened. Any ideas and how to fix and repair these balls?

I don't have an answer to your question vanden, but I had another question about flat footballs: I have a few older game balls/practice balls that won't hold air in them anymore either, and wanted to use them any other way possible. Does anyone have any ideas of different ways you could use flat footballs instead of just throwing them? I have used 2 and attached a stick to them to use for D-Line get off drills...any other ideas from anyone?

well I found a guys that will recondition the balls for $25 each. This is cheaper than buying practice balls. I like the sand idea. How would I get the sand in it? Could we also use water? Put that fix-a-flat in it and fill it with something else?
I also ordered the ball Doctor. $7 and the flat football was fixed.

Water won't stay in, for the sand you have to drill a hole in it to fill it and then plug the hole. I've used tire plugs and then gorilla tape over the top of it to seal it. Don't fill it entirely full of sand, leave a little give in it.

I think so. I lick it. Do I need to put some KY on it?
