You can go to roster on hudl and it tells you when they last logged on, how much film they watched in the last 7 days, and how much they watched in the last 24 hours, and when their last login was.

Last stop I watched only 10 clips of the game before and then we did 10 clips of O, 10 of D, and 10 of kicking together of the next opponent. Super quick little playlists to study. If we're watching their D I would label our formations and tell them the shell etc. If we watch their O I would call our checks and label their plays (iso, dive, toss)
We also shared them over the weekend so they had it all seen before Mon hopefully.
We did that on Mondays right after school.

Every practice I make a little cutup of the plays that have something worth talking about, and then we do some film of the opponent relevant to that day's practice. About 30 mins for my 7 guys.
