Seeing speckman talk was awesome . I learned more in his sessions then anywhere else.
LOVE a guy who gets into details.

I took a class from him "Philosophy of Football" where he just stood there and talked ball for like 50m twice a week. I wish I knew where my notes were from that class because it was really, really insightful stuff. Also hilarious.

Stanford oline coach was great! Also liked the guy that talked about shedding blocks. Was very disappointed in Florida st DB guy Friday night, worst presentation I've been a part of. Room started out packed but must have been close to 30 people that walked out when all was said and done! Unbelievable

My WR coach is 5'3 and has cerebral palsy. I'm a former LB who now has to coach the QBs. I assure you none of us look like we fit. I love this game.

I thought the guy was very disorganized. The topic was DB fundamentals and drills. He took about 20 minutes or so to get the usual introduction stuff, tell his stories, and put up a team pursuit drill that was the golden ticket to beating tempo offenses. My impression was just that he was more interested in name dropping and trying to sell DVDs than anything else.

He kept saying, this is how the DC would do it...but I do this way and would call it this And how many times did he reference a technique then say, "our kid didn't actually do that technique, but we get freek athletes at Florida st so"
And when all else failed, tell a story and drop an F bomb or two.

I thought Dave Wiemers from Pittsburg State was excellent. I thought he was thorough, did a good job of explaining why they do things certain ways, how they got to that point, etc. Very impressed by him.

I thought he did very well too. I gave him the $20 donation so I could get the presentations.

Weimers was awesome - stayed there all Saturday... Legit speaker and presenter - put many to shame... I also paid the money... NJ HS guy Delano was awesome too... Dewayne Alexander from Tenn Tech was good - was hard because he showed clips from 4 schools and 4 offenses it seemed haha He was trying to teach a "concept" - showed it worked across the board - bought his DVD's - they are garbage... One of my assistants like Golla - I bought his stuff too - seems OK... FSU DB coach was a joke - heard that from MANY people... Niners new OL guy was basic the hour I went... Cal Poly dude was good per my OL guy but we do not run that stuff I liked Ryan Reynolds from Clayton Valley - listened to one hour of him... Speckman was great for an hour as usual... Anyone go to the Hudl stuff? or any of the special teams stuff? I am more than willing to share stuff if others want to as well...
