Some of you on here may already be familiar with what I have been working on over the past few years but for those who do not know, I think this is something EVERY coach would be interested in.
Over the past 4 years I have been working on a video database that provides coaches in Florida to link up video highlights on their kids. I have dedicated a ton of time and money to this and the directory has now become a free resource for the coaches in Florida. This is free to them and will always remain so. The reason why is if a HS coach can spend hours and hours of their time in a week working with kids and spending time and money sending out tapes to colleges I sure as hell can as well.
To get to the point, the video database has quickly turned into a national database that any college coach in the country can access for FREE, many of you are probably familiar with this. What this also does is provide HS coaches the opportunity to send out video links over email, saving a lot of time and allowing them to reach programs in a much more efficient way. Let's say a JUCO or D2 program calls looking for kids, a coach can literally email the video while he is on the phone with the coach and that coach can watch the video.
This season I have already linked up over 300 video clips and will have a few thousand by the end of the year. Hundreds of coaches actively use the directory to "shop" for kids. I have a cousin in Texas who will be working on the Texas video and has begun to link up dozens of video on their kids. Southlake Carroll and Klein Collins for example has sent in tapes and we have provided links for many of their kids.

There are many "dirtbags" in the industry who have poor intentions and as a result many coaches have their guards up against "outsiders".
